The latest results from the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships underline the scale and competitiveness of the programme. A total of 17,066 applications were submitted, with 1,610 fellowships awarded. This represents a success rate of approximately 9.6%, reflecting the highly selective nature of the scheme.

The United Kingdom secured 347 fellowships, the highest number of any participating country. This strong performance demonstrates the quality and international competitiveness of UK research institutions in attracting and supporting outstanding postdoctoral researchers.

With €404.3 million in funding committed, the programme continues to play an important role in supporting researcher mobility, advanced training and international collaboration. The UK’s results show both the strength of its research base and its continued engagement in highly competitive European funding programmes.
