The Polonium Foundation is bringing its Mentoring Espresso event to Oxford, offering members of the Polish scientific diaspora a chance to meet, exchange ideas and make useful connections. The day is aimed at PhD candidates, researchers, academic staff, innovators and professionals working across science and business. The programme includes a keynote, expert discussions and small-group roundtables on research funding, grant writing, career development, delivering ambitious projects and turning research into commercial opportunities. There will also be plenty of time to chat informally over coffee.
