
We are pleased to share two valuable resources developed under the ERA TALENT third-party funded projects, aimed at supporting early-career researchers in exploring impactful career paths beyond academia.
These materials are part of the EURAXESS Researcher Careers Beyond Academia (REBECA) Hub, which connects EURAXESS members to offer services that facilitate researchers’ transition to non-academic careers, enhancing the permeability of research talent across sectors.
1. MR2YR – Mentoring Routes: Unleashing Innovative Careers for Young Researchers
Developed by the Edmund Mach Foundation, this project features a series of short interviews with innovation experts, recorded during a workshop held on 12 March 2025. These videos offer insights into entrepreneurship, public-private collaboration, and intellectual property strategies.
