The University of Padua (Unipd) is looking for outstanding researchers wishing to apply to the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships with Unipd as their Host Institution.
The call for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships 2026, funded by the European Commission within the Framework programme Horizon Europe closes on 9 September 2026.
The Postdoctoral Fellowships action targets researchers holding a PhD, who wish to carry out their research activities abroad, acquire new skills and develop their careers. PFs help researchers gain experience in other countries, disciplines and in the non-academic sector.
Researchers with a PhD and a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent experience in research after their doctoral degree, are welcome to choose Padua as Host Institution for a European or a Global Fellowship, depending on their eligibility.
The University of Padua offers a unique chance to work with highly qualified research groups across a broad inter-disciplinary network of scientific areas and to join a well-established and lively community of Marie Sklodowska Curie fellows (https://www.unipd.it/en/success-stories).
Moreover, researchers choosing the University of Padua as their planned Host Institution and receiving the "Seal of Excellence - MSC Actions" (not being funded by the European Commission due to budget limits on the call) can apply for the MSCA Seal of Excellence @Unipd funding programme, accessing an alternative grant covering the whole duration of their project.
For more information, see: https://www.unipd.it/en/seal-excellence.
The International Research Office at Unipd offers support and customised assistance to potential candidates wishing to apply for a MSC Postdoctoral Fellowship - https://www.unipd.it/en/msca-pf.
We would be happy to collaborate with outstanding young researchers willing to work with us and to further develop our research environment.
