The webinar is being organised by Dr Antonino Puglisi, the UK National Contact Point for the European Research Council at UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). UK National Contact Points are appointed by the UK government to provide free, impartial advice to UK applicants taking part in Horizon Europe. Dr Puglisi will explain the submission process, proposal format and evaluation procedure for the 2027 Consolidator Grant call (ERC-2027-CoG).
The session will explore the points applicants need to address when developing their research idea and planning, writing and costing a proposal. Dr Diego Tamburini of The British Museum will also discuss his experience of securing an ERC Consolidator Grant.
