We are delighted to invite you to an online session showcasing inspiring initiatives funded under the ERA TALENT call. These projects support researchers' career development beyond academia, helping them connect with diverse professional ecosystems and promoting intersectoral mobility.

🔹 TRACK – Supporting Research Careers Beyond Academia -AGAUR
The TRACK project promotes visibility and recognition of research careers beyond academia by showcasing the professional trajectories of former researchers who have successfully transitioned into Research Management and Knowledge Transfer roles. Through video storytelling, training resources, and interactive formats, TRACK encourages institutions to value intersectoral careers and helps researchers explore impactful alternatives outside academic research. The project also contributes to strengthening the EURAXESS Beyond Academia Hub by enriching its tools and community engagement activities.

🔹 ERA Talent – Bizkaia Talent
Bizkaia Talent’s ERA TALENT project is structured around three axes. First, it explores how to better connect SMEs, start-ups and other innovation players in the Basque ecosystem with researchers, addressing challenges in community-building and recruitment. Second, it develops an Ambassadors Programme for Master's and early-stage researchers to gain mobility guidance and discover the region’s career ecosystem. Third, it promotes intersectoral mobility through webinars where professionals and companies engage directly with researchers to inspire and share career pathways.

🔹 ERA Talent – Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias (ITC)
From the EURAXESS local point in the Canary Islands, ITC is bridging the gap between researchers and the business world. Under the ERA TALENT project, they are fostering researcher career development, talent circulation, and broader engagement with the EURAXESS network. One of the flagship actions is NextAgora, an initiative linked to the REBECA programme. It connects 20 predoctoral and postdoctoral researchers with seasoned professionals working beyond academia, building inspiring and supportive relationships to guide young talents in their professional and personal growth.
