The Innovation & Value Creation (IVC) research group coordinates the European digital innovation hub “Crowd-in-Motion” in which research and innovation projects for sports and health technologies as well as sustainable tourism are implemented with companies. Are you interested in identifying and actively shaping markets, technologies and trends for sustainable, digital innovations in the fields of mobility, health and tourism at an early stage? Then you've come to the right place!

Your tasks with us
Conducting and participating in scientific studies on topics of digital innovation research (e.g. data-driven innovation, open innovation ecosystems, technology acceptance) or behavioral analyses when using new technologies
Study design, data collection and analysis in national and international EU research projects
Acquisition of research contracts from industry and expansion of relevant networks
Publication of research results at (inter)national conferences, in reports and presentations
Independent project and organizational management

Your profile
Completed studies (Master's/Doctorate) in social and economic sciences with a focus on innovation and technology management, environmental systems science, innovative mobility concepts, business/transport/environmental psychology or similar
Strong interest in digital technologies (especially AI, Internet of Things, robotics, VR/AR)
Knowledge of design thinking & business model methods & workshop moderation
Initiative and ability to work in a team
Very good written & spoken English skills

The gross monthly salary for full-time (38.5 hours/week) is EUR 3,827.00 in accordance with the research collective agreement at level E1 with the possibility of overpayment. The actual classification will be based on qualifications and experience.
